Port Richey, Fla., Oct. 11, 2008 - Amscot Financial held an open house on Saturday, October 11 at Branch No. 26 at 9324 US Highway 19 North in Port Richey. Amscot presented a $500 contribution in support of the Creation Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports the Dayspring Academy of Port Richey.

Dayspring Academy is a charter school that offers with 240 students in its K-5 program and 140 students in its middle school program. The school’s academics focus not only on basic subject matter, but on the arts and technological advances as well.  The materials used at Dayspring are directly aligned with Florida state standards, which help students reach high academic goals.
